Evaluation Pictures - Staying updated and motivated

It was time to break out the weight vest. Kept the whole
twenty in it, jumped around a bit and did some squats.
Body weight.... plus.

I promised myself after throwing 500 punches I'd add a
little weight (the gloves). When i got to 500 with the gloves
i needed to add a little more. Working towards 500 more
but varying the style a bit. No need to shadow box with
10 pounds on my wrists. 102113

Back eval - having been told lean muscle was beginning
to come through I had to take a photo. Back aside, the injured
shoulder (left) looks bigger to me, swollen maybe?  I'll
have to look at some old back shots to compare

I keep trying to summon my inner six pack (now thinking
I can unleash 8). The flab seems to be retreating, little by
little. We - my body, mind and I - just have to keep at it.

New Uniform of the day, camouflage cargoes and and
black t-shirt, (may have to add black thermals when it
gets colder. Bandanna's optional and usually around the
head. Discipline for discipline  101413.
